Solution found to put lipstick permanent on female NPC.

Have you noticed that some packages textures face does not allow you to put lipstick on females NPCs in the creation kit? And even if you extract the FaceGen to your computer and return to the game, the lipstick of your characters just disappear?

There is a definitive solution for this, catch DDS image of the face of a female character (only the texture) and edit using GIMP (a program for editing images). After coloring the mouth of the female face, you replace the old texture and ready. You can use the creation kit to change the face of their female characters, which lipstick color will not fade easily when entering the game.
