CTD with New character, but not old character?

Now I have been facing problems with CTD's ever since I got more and more hair mods, new races (Such as Epic elves) and CBBE but this is the first time I have encountered something like this:

I usually play on my Main Character (Level 41, an Epic Elf) and I did not have any problems using the Showracemenu (Except from the stats bug, but I found a mod to get around that) and I decided that it was time for a new character, another female epic elf.

I knew there were problems with the beginning bit so I made a male orc to avoid the CTD (Due to the massive amount of stuff before you are sent to the execution block) and then I went through the whole cave bit, and out into the lands of Skyrim.

I went to the testing room (coc QASmoke I think) and changed race there since I had trouble changing it during Helgen. I teled to the guardian stones (coc guardianstones) and then decided to change my elf's appearance, but to my surprise, the second I typed "showracemenu" in the console, I got a CTD (Thank god I saved it beforehand).

I then went back on my Main, travelled to the guardian stones, waited till 10 AM, then did showracemenu in the same spot, but I had no CTD, only a bit of lag.

 

After that, I had no idea what was wrong.

Both characters were epic elves.

My main had appachi hair during it but didn't get a ctd, the other elf had default hair but got a CTD.

I tried the mod that can fix it precache killer i think, (Not mentioned in desc) and it did not work.

My main can showracemenu anywhere, but not in the wardrobe room (A modded area with a ton of items in).

My new character can only showracemenu in a corner in the testing hall, and will sometimes crash even then.

 

My question is:

Why is my new character suffering from CTD's anywhere and my Main barely does at all, even in the same spot, my main did not crash.

 

Please help! This is a complete mind bug that I can not work around.

I will attempt to start a completely new game then try it, since that save was a very old one (That loads to the bit before I change my appearance for the first time).

I will put a new post in explaining what happens.

That is a known issue with Hairs... Get this mod and load this after your hair mods:

Ok nevermind everyone, it was my old save that use to have different mods, but I removed them ages ago. When I started a new game
I managed to switch to Epic elf female before the execution, but the presets still crashed but it doesn't matter much.
If anyone has any other suggestions to fix CTD's, feel free to place them in this topic.

And thanks prod80, but my description says I tried that already, but maybe I'll try it again, also, that mod isn't in the Data files after the play game icon, its a .dll file that goes in the SKSE in skyrim data, so I doubt the load order is the issue, but I think it may be for Epic Elves so I will have a fiddle with that

Yea really youre right, it's dll ... my bad :D oupsie...

But perhaps it has something to do with male / female textures... people tend to make/have female textures (skin, hair, eyes, eyebrows, etc) in a much higher resolution...
