[Request] Allow Eldritch Knight to be able to learn spells from scrolls

It might seem like a silly request but it's one of those rules in the game that makes absolutely no sense, in that the class doesn't function like a sorcerer or a warlock in that they have to study and memorize their spells just like a wizard but for some reason they will not let them learn their spells from scrolls like a wizard.
