LE World working with the elements.

What I am looking for,is a mod where the elements work with each other,basically if you use fire spells into water,fog appears,if you use fire on a little puddle,the water disappears. If you use ice on fire it melts and shuts down the fire,permanent damage to the world and ground,perhaps grass burning too? I don't know if this is doable with the engine or if it already exists,but I would love to see it happen.

Also I'd be interested in seeing a mod which makes it so,when the wind blows hair,clothing/trees-grass etc moves as well? :smile:

EDIT: Also is there a mod that increases view of things far away,basically increasing the quality and detail of things in the far background?
