How can I convert an ESL to an ESP?

How can I convert an ESL into an ESP?

 

xEdit has a nice function to convert an ESP into an ESL,but how can I do this "the other way around"?

 

 

I am currently trying to merge all of the weapon mods I have installed into one ESP.

Some of the mods that I want to merge are ESLs.

And you can't merge ESLs into an ESP.

You can just rename it to ESP and even work in the CK with it.

(Remember that you already have the option to downsize the IDs but not to convert a file into .esl in the same process...)
