How to make a follower passive, but never draw their weapon in combat?

I'm looking for either a lightweight mod, or console command so that my follower is always at my side while in combat, but never draws her weapon.

 

I've tried setting aggression and confidence to 0 in the console, but it only resulted in her bolting off into the distance, soon as I entered combat.

 

I know there were a few follower mods that had this feature, but I'm wondering if there is universal mod that can do this.

None that I know of. You can tell a follower to stay close to you and that's about all I know of.
