CTDs near certain areas.

FIXED: i reinstalled all my mods

Ok here is my problem that has been plauging me for about a month. I seem to crash when i go near certain areas for example near and inside saarthal, near dawnstar, Whiterun and i am sure there are more but those are the ones i remember. I also crash when i start a new game on the ride down the mountain when the skyrim title shows up.

Specs: CPU 2 Core 2.93GHz
GPU: Ge-force GTX 550Ti 2GB
Ram: 4GB
OS: Win 7 64Bit

Note: the WIC files all show up but only the Main and SkyCloak patch are active.
