Dovahtracker not working, help

Very frustrating :(

 

I have followed all of the instructions in the provided material, added my name of my toon in the Ini and renamed the Ini, put the key from the website into the ini.

No indication ingame if anything has changed at all and Dovahtracker online says unknown unknown everything.

Here is my load order perhaps it is a load order issue?

Any suggestions to help me would be welcome. I really want to use this but there must be something I am forgetting to do?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling this mod as well. I can't figure this out :(

You need to allow TESV.exe and skse_loader.exe in your firewall with the port range 50000-70000.
