Getting rid of the body hair in Tribal Tattoo by Barricata

Help! I am not a modder nor I want to be and if I do, I don't know how to edit. Anyways, Is there somebody who can make the Tribal Tattoo by Barricatta Nude Version without the body hair? I really love the tattoo but the body hair ruins everything and also make it compatible with the Nudes - Beautiful Males - Favored Soul Meshes mod?? I just really want it to be like that so I could play the game exactly what I want it to be .. Please .. anyone??
