Build Liberty Prime in other endings

I need some way of rebuilding Liberty Prime in the Institute/Railroad/Subversion endings.

I can't build Prime without making Dr. Li leave, which I don't want to do, which is an issue for me.

 

I'm trying to do a Railroad(+Minutemen)-Institute ending with the help of the Subversion mod and I would like to make the Institute a better place for scientists like Brian and Madison as well as the Synths, so having Dr. Li leave would be counter productive, but I can't make the Brotherhood use the backup scientist without being kicked out of the Institute, leaving me stuck.

 

Please help, a quest mod, console commands, anything. Please.

Can I SetStage to fail recruiting Dr. Li and continue on to recruiting Prof. Scara?

Do you absolutely have to kill a faction? I have no clue if or how you would try to work it, but ", Four factions alive " (FO4-FA) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22381 is one I have used. There is also, " A cleaner equation ", (for those who like the Railroad and Brotherhood of Steel to be at peace) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/48571 which I downloaded but never installed. I've never tried to fudge two separate quests with a single character. You could get Dr. Li's ID and try spawning her back at the Institute, if it works fine, if not, remove the extra Dr. Li with a console command. If you get it to work, it would be cool if you came back and told people how you did it. Good luck. Yes I know the second doesn't involve the Institute, but added it anyway.

I used a SetStage command to 'lie' to Elder Maxon that Dr Li was dead when I went to look for her.

Allowing the quest to continue on without her, recruiting Professor Scara.
