Pyro Paul
the problem is that creating 3d models for this game from scratch is quiet difficult because each of the items are not segmented. to create a new outfit you must make its torso, arms, legs, feet, and hands. and make them all conform to the animations. and then all of that must fit on a single UV texture pattern, and this is before you even get it in to geck. people are trying to make new armor types, it is just taking an extrdionary long time for it to happen. for the time being, individuals whom have little or no 3d modeling capabilities can only work with the texture editting, and using the textures to find ways around certian problems. which is why you see so many retexture jobs. Pyro Paul
besides it takes a long time to create a 3d model from scratch. you didn't see elaborate full body built peices of armor this soon after the TES Construction Set was released for oblivion, why would you expect it for Fallout3?
