Missing texture for wall torch and Missing Wall in Palace of Kings

I made the mods according to the S.T.E.P guide and then added mods I knew and used before on my own. Initially, the texture of the wall torches in the attitude, (Those that you can not turn off/remove) was still there after a new character creation disappeared. I can not find the error myself and also reinstall some mods with different settings did not bring success.

My second Problem is with Palaces and Castles Enhanced SSE

 

Instructions to have it far down in the order when loading as well as patches are installed. Nevertheless, in the Palace of Kings, Windhelm, I have a disappearing wall on the right side. When I stand on the spot where the wall and floor is they are there. If I move away they disappear.
