Fallout NV: Buildable Homes

I think that Fallout needs a mod that is almost an equivalent of Skyrim's Hearthfire DLC, I feel the player should have to earn and build their home by gathering/buying resources and be able to raise a family in the wastes there are a few prime locations throughout the wastes such as:

 

North West Vegas woodlands,

the area around Yangtze,

and many more...

 

Incase you haven't played or heard of Hearthfire it make you gather resources like iron, wood and stone to make a home you could maybe make mounted heads in the house such as a deathclaw (using hands as a recipe) and make beds and bookshelves and more.

 

if you took the time to reply it would be apreciated even if you cant mod but like the idea :biggrin:

That could be interesting, but Hearthfire's main appeal was for console players. The GECK gives a lot more flexibility as long as you're willing to break the fourth wall.

Just don't make a whole town but yeah you can technically build a house with the above mod.
