Beginner's Question

I am interested in using Lady G's Armor for HF https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/1774

 

I realize that HF stands for human Female, but the .daimod files to be downloaded are specific to either HF1-3 or HF10-11. I had assumed that these were references to choices in the character creation in the game, but when I go there, I see only 5 "Heads".

 

My question is what are HF1, HF2, HF3, etc. and how do I see them and select one of them?

It's referring to the skintone colour, not the head. The skin on that outfit is painted on, it won't automatically match up with your inquisitor's skin like the games armours do, you have to download the file with the specific skin tone that your inquisitor uses for it to match up.
