zeemo71
Hi a user here named Ejvo25 made a shortcut to the skyrim nexus and I really like using it for quick access to the site. Saying this I wanted another one for nexusmods.com, while tinkering with properties I was able to make one. And knowing how to do this (which its pretty simple nonetheless) I was wondering though if people would want me to post shortcuts to different nexus sites. bben46
@zeemo - creating shortcuts is insanely simple in windows (right click on whatever you want to make a shortcut for, select 'create shortcut' - done) However, just 'giving' a canned shortcut depends on the user having the exact same file structure as the person who created it. Any premade shortcut would not work on my system as NMM is on C:\ Oblivion is on Y:\ Fallout3 is on F:\ and Steam, with Fallout NewVegas and Skyrim is currently on C:\ but will eventually be moved elsewhere.. And, each one already has a shortcut in my Games folder on the desktop. And one has a symlink which is like a shortcut on steroids. Instead, make a tutorial - geared toward the neophyte user - on how to make your own shortcuts.
