Multiple login, but sharing downloaded mods?

Hello community,

 

I am running two NMM accounts (Skyrim SE), one for "sexy" mods and another log in for normal mods. However, my normal NMM (LOG IN) shares the same downloaded mods from my 'naughty' log in in NMM. I understand how profiles work, but that does not 'hide' the naughty mods. How do I run two different log in on NMM. I mean for a perfect example, I as the father would want to runs adult mods, but my son, using NMM on same machine could not have an independent NMM experience with non-adult mods?
