LE [REQ] New Elven Scaled Light Armor + Sword

I get Museum Replicas catalogs in the mail and was astonished at the new elven armor in their current catalog. Right away I new this would be an awesome addition to Skyrim. These are the pictures I have gathered of the armor showing each piece:
