computerguy12 Posted April 17, 2021 Share Posted April 17, 2021 I recently went from NVSE 6.0.7 to NVSE 6.0.9, and when I went to continue my saved game my crosshairs stopped identifying everything (empty container, door locked, etc.). If I start the game new my crosshairs identify everything again. Is there a way to fix this for my saved game or do I need to start all over and never update NVSE while I have a saved game going on? dubiousintent Posted April 18, 2021 Share Posted April 18, 2021 Did you try reverting back to xNVSE 6.0.7, and if so did that also fix the problem? In that case, look into any mods you are using which modify the crosshairs and inform their authors. Newer versions of mods or tools (like NVSE) are usually adding new features or fixing things that are broken, but might change the way some functions work. Authors usually try to preserve "backwards compatibility" but that is not always possible. It is always a good idea to review the "changelog" of any mod to note what is different. Even mod updates run the risk of breaking your existing game.
