Sangel2525
Yeah so I'm getting Saint's Row 2 for my Xbox 360 this weekend, based on what I know it's what GTA 4 should have been. Lots of customization, and very twisted humor. I'm actually looking froward to adding this game to my 360 library with, Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, Bioshock, Silent Hill 5, and Fable 2. I saw some vids on Youtube of the gameplay and it looks really fun! I enjoyed GTA San Andreas, which was a boyfriends game. I also played GTA 4, which was kinda dull for the series in my opinion, though I know many loved it. Again, using my boyfriends game. :P But this game seems more whacky, and malleable in terms of character customization. So yeah, I'm going to my parents this weekend and I'm going to stop by the by Gamestop on the way to their house to pick this title up. Anyone else, have any experience with it? From what i hear it's loads of fun.
evilkoal
it is quite fun indeed, but graphics suck, cars despawn when they get uot of the fov, and it is glitchy as hell. story is kinda dumb too. overall, i say it is a good game to rent. unless they fix the aforementioned things lol
Lord Slyther
You don't say, eh? Not to mention UTLOR corp. I'm an anti-ULTOR kind of guy, and played it on how the story turned out. Not the best of graphics, but better than GTA IV in my opinion. The "Never die" cheat of Saint's Row 2 improves over GTA IV's "Health, armor, and money" cheat. Since the cellphone in GTA IV, you get shot, that makes it unfair for cheaters, lol But the cheat system in Saints Row 2, you can never get interrupted when at the need to cheat. It's quite fun for me as I never die to the 'stupid cops', which I'd say Stilwater police the weak ones. I believe the real serious ones are ULTOR. Anyway, I play the 360 version. Not the best of stories, I noticed a few glitches, but it's alright for me.
Sangel2525
So far I'm loving it, and the customization is insane! Not the best of stories, but I don't think the game takes its self too seriously, which is what I like about it.

Sangel2525
Oh yeah I seriously recommend this game! I started playing it just yesterday even though I purchased it Sunday. I was busy playing Oblivion most of the week, which I'll no doubt get back to when I'm done with this game. However, since picking it up and playing it yesterday I can't stop! It's so much fun! Also again the character customization is completely insane! You can custom tailor your sociopath just about anyway you want!

Sangel2525
Best Mission so far, "Bad Trip" in the Son's of Samedi questline! I laughed so hard throughout that entire mission! XD
Lord Slyther
Bad Trip, that's likely dissing me, and makes me get the joy to take the head right off Sunshine! :P My favorite missions are the Ronin ones. The sword clashing thing. As for my top favorite, it's in the ULTOR category, where I kill Dane Vogel. And a Better Life....
Sangel2525
Yeah I just finished up Son's of Samedi, along with The Ronin, and The Brotherhood. I must say the Texas Funeral in The Ronin is pretty brutal, also you have to love Wong. Akuchi killed his dog! XD "I never joke about Sadie!" I also love the sword play in The Ronin quests. The Brotherhood was fun too, eep the bank mission, where you put Marrow's girlfriend in the trunk. That's twisted! I haven't started the Ultor quests yet, but wow this game is a blast! Bad trip is still my favorite so far, it's just so hilarious! XD
