Fallout 3 feezing after leveling up [Urgent :( ]

Ok well when i level i spreed out the 23 points i get to the skills then it asks me to select a perk i select a random one and as soon as i select a perk it feezes. I think its somthing to do with FOOK2 but i really like fook2 so yeah heres my load order.

I don't use FOOK2 but have heard of a freeze on level up bug to do with that, there's a fix for it here you could try:

I have never seen a verified level up freeze with FOOK2 1.2 Open Beta. Verify that you are using FOOK2 1.2 OB and then add the FOOK2 1.2 OB Hotfixes if you are running FOOK2 1.2 OB. After adding them it would be best to start a new game.

Hmmm I got a idea. just make my self like level 50 and put the slow leveling mod so i will never have to level up. I think thats probaly my best option for now.
