Skyrim keeps crashing, No matter what i do.

Note: This is a repost from the technical forums, since this one is way more active that the other one.

So, i modded the living s*** out of my skyrim and i have spent about a few hours trying to fix this, It goes really simple.

Everytime i open my inventory/Menu, on certain locations (half of blackreach,whiterun gates, near bandit camps,)

my game crashes 90% of the time, even on clean saves that have had no mods uninstalled/ installed mid playthrough, the issues start about 40 minutes into the game, i get out of helgen or wherever i spawned with alternate life,and soon the crashing starts, other than that it works well, Considering how the crash usually centers around menus, i have disabled almost all menu mods, including some that modify HUD's, this however doesnt include skyui, since i kinda need it for mods, I have let LOOT sort my mod order every time i make a change, I use NMM
