I'm using Nexus Mod Manager and am unfamiliar with FOMM. But I can tell you that Load Order is very important and you should understand how that works to solve your issue.

YouTube has a number of videos that explain what you need to look for in load orders.

After watching these videos I was able to get the game to load without crashing. Also, I read Nexus Mod Manager is a bit more simple than FOMM.

Your load order looks fine. But since you're using Project Nevada - Cyberware.esp, you should use the regular Project Nevada - Old World Blues.esp and not the No Cyberware version. And since you're using Project Nevada - Rebalance.esp, you should use the rebalance versions of the PN Dead Money.esp and the PN GRA.esp.

That being said, those are probably not causing the crash, but won't hurt to try. You should try simple troubleshooting and deactivate all your mods, then try starting a new game. If you still experience the crash, verify game cache in Steam, update your drivers and try again. If deactivating the mods solved the crashing, check that NVSE and any NVSE plugins are correctly installed and try reinstalling the mods themselves. You can also try launching the game using the 4GB launcher.

The Project Nevada - DLC installer checks to make sure that the Cyberware ESP is not only present but active when determining which version of the Old World Blues plugin to install. Make sure that you activate the plugins installed by the main PN installer before running the DLC installer.

Now that I think about it, the same is probably true with the two versions of the Dead Money plugin. That one would go largely unnoticed because the installer renames the Rebalance version of it when it installs it.

Thx,

can someone send me his load order and i try to build this here....

Playing Vanilla with DLC is possible without any Errors. Just after install PN and NVSE and enable all this in FOMM or Nexus mod manager, i get this crashes.... and what i see on internet, i have a really small list i try activate....
