SSE New to modding

Ok I want to make a follower mod using voices and a particular quest.

I've recently created an android 21 mod that went no where but it got somewhere I gave up on the mod since there's someone else making one.

I want to add Lady Wac to skyrim but less anime and more imperial which means I need Hair that covers the face similar to the KoF girl with twintails.

Idk if there's a hair mod already like that I'd love it if there was.

I tried Youtube instructions and google for my android 21 test and god were they confusing for a console junky recently becoming a PC Gamer I still don't know what Rams and Roms are I'm just a proud prebuilt RTX 2060 owner.

I have Discord and I'd like to do a screenshare to take step by step instructions.

I have a slight understanding of Blender I've only used it a few times I never got anywhere with it though.

I managed to create the hair in blender but not the back part of her hair.

I fear I'll have to teach myself as I go which terrifies me but I'm not giving up.

Added more to the hair.

It's not purfect I'll have to go through more video tutorials.

Created a test mod and lend it to a friend to see if it works.

Had to censor his character.

I have no idea how to port my hair made in Blender and I still have voice lines I'm working on.
