LE New World Exterior for Modder's resource

I screwed up after a long while sitting in the CK to create a new world. If somebody who knows how to do it or already has, please upload a modder's resource for a world. Simply put a boat outside the docks in Solitude or something with the link to huge empty plains. That would be enough. Thank you.

 

 

EDIT: If a real possible world map like in Solstheim or Skyrim would be possible, I would love that too. Thank you!

I just go to "siege test hold" cell in the ck, delete everything there, and use that as a new world.

but now I'm finally back home. Siege Test Hold did not have a teleporter/entrance to the world, therefore it did not work or was not what I requested. May I ask somebody, please, for those who can make a world to be connected to a little boat outside solitude? If you know how to create a gate to a new world, it's not much to ask.
