Always display sold-accounting screen, even if nothing sold

I use the sell-accounting screen to prevent SV from going into the next day if I am AFK. So if a real-life interruption takes longer than expected, I know that since I am not there to click the OK; at worst, I have lost 1 game day and whatever gold the pickpocket stole.

 

To make sure the screen always comes up, I am putting 1 piece of hay into the chest every morning. This is getting old and too often I forget this chore.

 

I would love a mod that did 2 things:

a) Even if nothing was put into the sell box, the screen would come up;

b) If the screen stayed up over 10 minutes, log me out.
