Clavicus Vile's Realm. Imagine It, you could wake up there not knowing where you are, Then find out when you come over the hill and see a huge glass city.

Vile would then make a deal to send you back home If you agree to find umbriel. Starting an awesome quest that had you jumping to different planes of oblivion.

Definitely Azura's Moonshadow... I so wish to see its reputed beauty and splendor. Can't help it, I'm a massive fan of scenery porn. I'm very glad to see it's gotten the most so far!

 

Coming up at a close second would be Hircine's Hunting Grounds. It sounds like it would be really cool... cause Werebeasts rock. And Hircine is a cool guy.
