Inazuma22
well i got a amd fx 4100 and a 650 ti and play on ultra with aa and everything set at completly max settings. I use to get alot of shuttering then my fallout 3 stoped working so i re installed it now it runs smooth as a window < IDK LOL but yeah works fine for me. and i dont even have a ssd either just a plain 500gb 7200rpm drive. So shuttering in games can be caused by your sound drivers or your motherboard bios. I was playing saint rows 3 and got like 2 fps right and i was like wtf and then i updated my bios and then it went upto 70+ fps. Just update everything on your mobo. Sound drivers/Gpu drivers/bios everything
