Skyrim Redone and Immersive weapon/armor mods not scaling?

Hey guys, super mod layman here so I apologize if I'm doing anything that's against protocol.

I've got skyrim redone (love it) as well as Immersive Weapons/Armors but I regardless of how my load order is organized, I don't think the added gear is scaling. This is really saddening because all of this amazing gear is just paltry stat-wise in comparison to normal middle-of-the-road gear that is part of Skyrim Redone. I was under the impression that SkyRe had a feature that scaled new gear, but I could have misinterpreted what that meant. I noticed that there is a pack of compatibility patches on the SkyRe page, but they don't include any content by the authors of the immersive packs.

Right now an iron broadsword does around 25, and a scimitar does around 10. Scaled Light Armor offers about 85 protection while hedge knight (heavy) offers 43.

Thanks in advance guys!

Very curious myself. Because my favorite Vanguard set wasn't scaled with SkyRe, I just edited the Vanguard set in CK. I'd hate to go through all of them and individually edit each and every piece of gear. It really stinks because just having Immersive Armor installed adds all the armor throughout the world, which means stuff is going to be very under-geared.

Also, I think SkyRe should edit Nordic and Stalhrim armor from the Dragonborn patch so Nordic is a little better than Orcish and Stalhrim is equivalent to Ebony. I'm not sure why Skyrim made it so useless in vanilla but because you get it at such a high level, it makes it pointless to wear; it's the best looking gear in the game!
