koyettsu
I am trying to make a mod (my 1st lol) and trying to figure out how to create people to populate this new area, change their clothing, weapons, set them to a faction etc. Is there a tutorial or video anywhere that someone can point me toward so I can figure out how to do this? Thanks in advance!!
Guest
Not sure if you've read this already, but take a look: GECK Wiki - Bethsoft Tutorial NPC population EDIT: This will probably work better. GECK Wiki - Quest and Dialogue Tutorial
koyettsu
Not sure if you've read this already, but take a look: GECK Wiki - Bethsoft Tutorial NPC population EDIT: This will probably work better. GECK Wiki - Quest and Dialogue Tutorial Thanks a lot, that will help when I want to create the dialogue and quest but not quite what I am looking for at the moment. What I need to do is create a group of people, that is what I need to start with, I want to change how their faces are, skin color, eye color, names, hair style, clothing, how their voice sounds, etc. So I can begin adding them to their locations within the new area I am creating. Once I have all the people created then I will need those tutorials to put them in patrol routes, add the quests, create two factions that oppose each other, etc. Sorry I am being so vague, I don't want to say that much about the mod until I get further along in this and find out if I can actually achieve what I am looking to do. bebbe777
There you go. Open GECK, load Fallout, go inte the tab Actore, then NPC. Right click in the item list and chose New.http://geck.bethsoft.com/index.php/NPC

Triumph675
You would be better off copying an already created npc, and than changing the formid to create your own npc.
