A little help?

Hi guys,

 

yesterday i had the urge to play fallout again, so i started setting up mods via nexus, and i get to the point where i create my char in the game, and they still look like the vanilla game.

 

i've tried several different mods including character presets, and they still look like the vanilla textures. I guess my question is, what Mod updates the faces ingame to HD quality? something similar to this mod

i dont plan on having a female char, but this is a mod that i have tried and the preset doesnt look like the picture.

Mods that add presets to the game usually must overwrite the already existing files, at least in my experience. If you use Nexus Mod Manager, allow it to overwrite something if it asks. If that doesn't work I would suggest manually installing it. That means placing the mesh and texture packs and everything else in their respective folders maunally. This is what I had to do with things like New Vegas Redesigned 2, and after I installed it manually, it worked.
