change general stats with console?

Is there a command for changing your general stats, e.g. "mysterious stranger visits", with the console?

 

I thought I could do it player.forceav but I tried it with several reasonable variables and nothing worked.

I don't think you can directly affect these values, but you can affect the triggers that change the values, eg the chance the Stranger appears in VATS.

The only thing I can recall you can change directly is the number of Behemoths killed, though I don't know if that's an actual General Stat.
