RealNC
Skyrim may suck in many areas, but there's one thing it's good at: emergent gameplay. Today I got a good example of that. When exiting Cidhna Mine in Markarth, Thonar is there to "congratulate" you for killing Madanach in the mine. I wanted to kill Thonar right where he stands, but he had a guard with him. The guard was standing a few steps down, so he couldn't immediately see Thonar dying by a backstab, but when he sees the dead body a few moments later, that's where he gets aggressive and the whole of Markarth's city guard goes after you. So the solution was simple. Silently kill Thonar, immediately raise his corpse with a permanent spell (I use "Reanimation" from SkyRe, but "Dead Thrall" from vanilla should work just as well), and then just walk by the guard like a boss (I even said "sup, bro?" while walking past him as Thonar's corpse was doing the "uurrggh" thing.) The guard doesn't get aggressive since to him Thonar looks very much alive. You walk out of town, banish Thonar's raised corpse, dump him in a lake, and that's the end of him. Best moment I ever had in Skyrim, frankly ;D
