Operation Anchorage

Well, this was a nice little addition to the game here.

What I liked:

I liked how we got to see the Outcasts again.

I liked seeing snow in the game for a change. It was a nice shock seeing that as well as buildings being in actual good condition.

The Call of Duty feel with the objectives were a nice touch.

I liked how everyone in the simulation didn't say much. Made the whole 'fighting in a war' thing much more realistic(for a simulation).

The Armor everyone was wearing looked pretty good too.

The American killing those Chinese soliders/prisioners. was pretty interesting

T-51b armor at the end is a pretty nice reward. Though I do wish it added strength to the player.

Dislikes:

It may be realistic that the Outcasts turn hostile if you accidently attacked them, but that still gets annoying. I just let them do all of the work getting rid of the Super Mutants.

I wish the Outcasts would say a little more regarding this whole mission. It seems as though they were going for the bare minimumn which is understood(since I'm an outsider) but still unecessary.

The Gauss rifle, while good at first, got annoying when it had to reload on every single shot. They could have least given 10 shots before reloading.

The whole weapons package thing was a bit confusing.

I wish the Strike team would have more of an impact on the player. It seriously felt as though I could have done all 3 missions without the help of anyone there.

That's basically it. It was good for a COD reprive from the usual Fallout theme but it could have been better.

You could always just get one of the 3 or so Gauss mods that bring the magazine capacity to 5 or higher.

I did do all the missions without the help of anyone, and was glad I had the option. I absolutely hate the followers in the game, because they're so suicidal, running into battle as soon as an enemy appears on the compass. I was worried when I first got into the DLC, since it seemed like I was having a follower forced upon me with no way of getting rid of him (couldn't talk to him to tell him to stay put, and he was invulnerable so I couldn't even kill him). But once I got past that first part, I found I could just ignore picking up the strike force, which was cool.
