Tragedian
I'm working on a mod that would would make JK's Drunken Huntsman affect the interior only & remove the outdoor balcony to improve compatibility with mods like Dawn of Skyrim & possibly Open Cities (It's largely for personal use, but I might submit it to JK or Janquel for permissions or to post in the patch hub). So far everything works fine in testing except for one issue. I placed a wall where the door to the balcony used to be & it shows up fine in the creation kit, but for some reason it completely disappears in-game and I'm left with a big void. Here's a EXAMPLE showcasing the issue. I'm not overly experienced with modding interiors & my specialty is character overhauls so I was wondering if anyone might be knowledgeable about what the issue might be or where to start looking? Thanks in advance for any help. EDIT: Someone elsewhere mentioned portals & room bounds. I actually looked into that issue, but I couldn't find any instance of there being any room marker or portal in the interior that I could manipulate or delete. I was wondering if creating a new room marker would solve it, but still no luck. Do portals show up in xEdit? I couldn't find an answer when searching. Other things I've tried as suggested by others with the same issue were renaming the esp & checking the "full LOD" option for the item, but no luck. I don't know if it helps, but I can also walk right through the gap into the void so the collision for the wall is also non-existent.
