having trouble starting new vegas all of a sudden

Hi guys would love some help if possible!

 

Ive been playing Newvegas with mods with no worries up untill installed EVE and a texture update. Ive been using BOSS first then running FNVEdit in order to isolate the issue and the only problem coming up is realeted the Gun runners Arsenal. Here are the logs, im at my wits end on how to fix it as im only new to this and wouold appreciate any advice cheers.

As you can see the issue seems to be lated to the GRA is there anything i can do to fix it? Sorry about the wall of text i appreciate all your time.
