UltraSnowstar Posted May 26, 2014 Share Posted May 26, 2014 I had the same problem, and i just fixed it just now what you have to do is re install fall out new Vegas and once it starts installing try opening the nexus mod manager it should work i dont know if this makes a difference but i delete the local game cache as well so try that out and see it it helps.
