How to replace a character from a game with my 3D model?

I have used Unreal's new Metahumans tool and I would like to know how to replace my Metahuman with a game character even if it is only to replace the head. For example RE 2 Remake with Leon or even Ryo Hazuki with Shenmue 3 as this is done with Unreal Engine. Thanks and apology the inconvenience. Sorry for me english.
