The mod probably won't be ready for a few weeks (hopefully no longer) since there's a few other mods I'm working/cleaning right now. I think something along the lines of the second one might work better. I was thinking of making him kind of telepathic, or at least, communicates without a lack of vocal cords, like magic, so maybe something of an echo effect might work too.
