I put together a few using Illyism's script (bighorn, brahmin & molerat). Others are possible if you need them. They're under my profile.

One problem what animals would be viable mounts. Most of the mutated creatures are either too slow or are very likely to eat you

The bigger one is untested and might need some tweaking. Actually even the normal sized one could use some tweaking of the player's position.

No 3rd person support, but it's something I'v been meaning to fix/upgrade. The flag for the restraint is trivial, so it's easy to support 3rd person. But the player is just standing there, so I need to grab an pose that appears to be similar to riding, and then I can put it together.
