1/ Load all mods in fo4edit,

2/ In fo4edit right click on one file and select apply filter to show conflicts or apply filter to show conflicts on selected files only

After a while, dependanding how many mods you have. I have around 350. It take 1 or 2mn. It show you all conflicts in various color.

Red are for hard conflict. The case where a mod change a thing and another mod overwrite it.

From there, you can use your logic to find what mod can break your game.

I think it's a must have that also must be used after each mod installation.

Like that you can immediatly have idea what the last installed mod do on your installation.

If your last installed mod has many red line, overwrite things from a previous mod, you have a problem with this mod.
