When i start a game, the popups associated with several of the mods pop up, but the script won't start on the wagon, and my mouse doesn't appear to let me hit ok or cancel on the popups. Does anyone have any ideas about what may be causing the conflict or even how to solve this?

Hold off on most mods until you have finished the Helgen introductory and tutorial sequence. This is mostly scripted and there are no real game choices until you exit the cave. Some mods just don't work with the scripted cut scenes. Most appearance mods do seem to work, so you can leave in your custom body and face.
