MRG
First off, Welcome to the Nexus. Second, your question/request is a very tall order. I suggest you start here first. As you'll see, the link points to a post that has several "How-To" tutorial videos. Well worth watching as they offer a huge amount of info. I would advise you simply download them all so that you'll always have access to them. Total download size is around 1.5GB. http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=97957 It's a great place to learn the basics of G.E.C.K. (The official FO3 editor) Make sure you have patched the game:http://fallout.bethsoft.com/index.html Download GECKhttp://fallout.bethsoft.com/index.html Download & ALWAYS start FO3 via "FOMM" or Fallout Mod Manager.http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=640 Here is the depository of all released mods.http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/categories.php Once you watch the videos, I advise you to download & run a basic weapons mod via GECK & "Reverse Engineer" it. To basically see how it's made. Watch ALL the videos that I link to above. Stop & Play the videos as you have GECK open & running on your own PC. You'll find alot of members here willing to help, just make sure you make it obvious that you at least tried to find out on your own via the forums Search feature. Still the GECK is a blast to use, though it can easily become daunting to use. At least to some people. Sadly i'm not one of them. As it takes me a whole heck of a lot of trial & error before I get my mods looking or rather acting even remotely how I want them to.. lol.. -MRG
Smosh
Are you wanting to make your own mods to add to Fallout or wanting to know how to add other user made mods? Your wording has left me a little confused.
