Gender Change Mod?

Is there any way to change your character's gender midway through a play through? Any console commands or actual mods?

not used yet just downloaded it CP2077SaveEditor

but i did open it and it has options in it to change looks of char so maybe look more deep

as i said i have not actually used it yet

at time i downloaded i was in that period of to dam tired to bother mood

but it did seem it had alot of detail when come to changing your char

it was or is on nexus

That's a very cool mod and I like it a lot. The only aspects of your character that can not be changed are gender and pubic hair color and, if you switch to no pubic hair and then back again, the color then defaults to black. Screwed up my redhead real good; let's just say that the carpet no longer matched the drapes.
