Changing follower body weights and custom outfit weights

Hello.

I've been reading up on a guide on how to convert outfit bodyslides listed over in LoversLab and so far have been pretty successful in adapting custom outfits to my own female body preset. Basically, I'm changing outfits that fit a somewhat overly busty UNP body type to a more "average" UUNP type (UUNP HDT). The boobs were too big in the original outfits and I managed to scale it down somewhat.

I've used blabba's Bodyslide/OutfitStudio guide over on LL "Unofficial Bodyslide 2/Outfit Studio Tutorial"., specifically the Guide 1 subsection.

Of course, I did the whole setnpcweight 100 and disable and enable commands since I wanted these followers to have my female body type. This was after changing their NAM7(?) weight values to 100 in XEdit and starting with a fresh save. The neck gap issue was there but doing setnpcweight 150 followed by disabling and enabling these followers pretty much eliminated the neck gap issue. There is one follower who has the max weight with no neck gap but once I equip her custom armor, or any outfit, her weight reverts back to 0. I've already ran all these outfits through Bodyslide so that it fits my body type but equipping anything on her reverts her back to her 0 weight. Unequipping it changes her back to her 100 weight. In general, when she's naked, her weight is at 100 just not when she's wearing her outfits. It's got me rather confused. When I equip her outfit on my character, there's no issue. The body weight remains at 100.

On top of that, when changing her custom outfit in Outfitstudio and doing Step 10 of Guide 0 in that guide I just linked to, the outfit and body reference gets skinnier when maxing the slider to 100%. All the other outfits I've changed to the opposite.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
