Skyrim Redone - Enchanting & Damage problem

Cant post any comment to the SkyRe Mod Site so i try here.

 

The Fireball-Arrow Perk in Enchanting tree (for Archery), once is enabled i can't disable.
If cast the Lightning or Frost-arrow with Fireball enabled, it will stack with the Fireball.. it need then double amount of Mana.
Lightning and Frost works fine, first cast enable, second cast disable, no stack.. only problem is Fire.

Second thing. Gopher says Fight would be more challenging, Enemy can easly kill you and you can kill easly the enemy.
I play on Legendary and need with any Weapon lots of hits to kill even a Skeever, while they can kill me with a few hits.. Can't see any change.

 

Maybe is another Mod causing trouble or are this known Bugs?
