Unable to find libraries

I unpacked the fc3_main.dat/fat, common.dat/fat, and patch.dat/fat, but I can only get .xml files, and none of the Gibbed's Dunia Tools .exe's seem to allow me to get into things like databases - I can only see things like the following:

What am I supposed to do to convert all the files into operable things?

Drag the fcb files to Gibbed.Dunia2.ConvertBinaryObject and use that same exe to convert it back (drag the xml file into it).
