Random Texture flickering

Trying to figure out what would cause random flickering. For example while in riverwood i loaded in one time to portions of the mountains flickering, some trees flickering and some grass flickering. I'am Assuming the trees and grass flickering may have been added by Skyrim Flora overhaul mod. But the next time i load into the same area nothing of that is flickering and an NPC bracers and dagger were flickering, or some vines on the wall were flickering and thats it. Any ideas what may cause this? And there happen to be an easy way to copy and paste a list of what mods i have in here?

 

System Specs: I7 920, 12gb Ram, Gtx570 Sli,

 

Mods: Skyrim HD full, Skyrim Flora Overhaul, WATER, ApachiiSkyHair, Better Torches, Project Reality Climates of Tamriel, Enhanced lights and FX, Remove Interior fog v2, Remove Exterior Fog, Ruins clutter Improved, T3ndos Skyrim Redone, Skyui, Static Mesh Improvement, Ultimate HD fire Effects, all unofficial patches and Skse. Have a couple other mods that adds cloaks to the game or immersive gameplay type things like frostfall, dance of death, Deadly dragons,

It could be something with the sli, google your Sli and Skyrim. You may find a salution.

Been such a long time since I have had any issues with SLI didn't even think to try that. Searched google for a bit and found poeple with whole screen flickering but not textures. Went ahead and turned it off anyways and loaded the game a couple of times and roamed around a bit and didn't see any issues. My FPS actually improved a whole lot to staying at 50-60 range while in SLI it was actually going lower. Now I'am wondering if my 2nd GPU is having issues. Had Similar issues while back with other games while in SLI and in single GPU mode and only happaned when using my MSI card (other card is EVGA) but was also getting some really bad screen tearing. Thanks for the help.
