How do I install FOSe?

This thing is pissing me off. I tired it & for some reason it doesn't wanna listen. I do not have this on steam. I bought it from the store so yeah. I know all that stuff already. Anyway, can someone show me to make sure if I did it right. Some of the mods I wanna play don't work now b/c of this stupid FOSE. >_>

FOSE is extremely simple to enable.

 

First things first. Your game needs to be patched to 1.1.0.35

 

Now download the file and unzip it.

 

This from the read me that comes with FOSE

 

1. Copy fose_1_1.dll, fose_editor_1_1.dll and fose_loader.exe to your Fallout 3 directory.

2. Launch Fallout3.exe by running fose_loader.exe from the Fallout3 directory.
