Increase in 'dud' saves which result in CTD upon loading.

I've been enjoying my modded skyrim build which I managed to get 200 hours in over 200 saves. However, around 30 saves ago I noticed that there would be saves which were 'corrupted' in the sense that they would cause CTDs when loaded into, otherwise could be loaded into ReSaver and analyzed. I'm not sure why this is happening but it's become so frequent that it happens to every save now. I don't believe this is a mod issue as there has been no change to the mod-list and most of the time of these 30 cells has been spent in a stable cell.

I looked through framework logs:

Looked through other framework logs and each crash mentioned the call-stack. I don't think (?) its a dll problem because I'm running latest SE ver + DLL ver. I believe I'm running the latest SKSE build.
Plugin list
Incompatibilities between RDO and IH was patched, I've removed the ESP so it wont show in the log because I testing it, otherwise the game is stable (50+) hours without it.
If anyone needs to see a corrupted and non-corrupted save I'm happy to give u the files.
Thanks everyone for the help in advance!
