Just a reminder to everyone - the quest is confusing to the point of being broken. When you get to the warded door in the catacombs, just use tcl to clip through it or lookup "jeweled skull" in console. You're probably wondering where the hint for that was - and there isn't any. The original mod author thought he was being clever or something making a magic barrier with zero guidance on how to proceed, but its actually just bad design. Also for the alchemy portion, since it leaves you to just blindly guess at some of hte ingredients, just look up "namira's corruption" in console and use player.additem for it.

how do I skip this f*#@tarded quest by an author who thinks he's clever but is actually just a bad quest designer and get to the only part anyone cares about, being a lich.

I'm sure thats what the mod author thinks. It's mostly just bad design. I ended up having to console command my way through the quest stages because they wouldn't fire and it was otherwise a tedious chore - for what? Lich form honestly isn't anything special (its invisible for one thing). It doesn't seem that powerful, only the passives are of any real use.
